Any authorized officer or agent of the city, pursuant to this chapter, shall be allowed to enter onto any land within the city limits to investigate violations of this chapter or for the abatement of violations pursuant to this chapter. (Ord. 90-21 § 2, 1990; Ord. 80-59 § 2 (part), 1980.)
