Pursuant to K.S.A. 41-2911, and any amendments thereto, the sale at retail of cereal malt beverage in the original package is allowed within the City of Olathe on Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day and on any Sunday, except Easter. The Sunday sale at retail of cereal malt beverage in the original package is only allowed between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. (Ord. 21-29 § 2, 2021; Ord. 05-65 § 1, 2005.)
