It shall be unlawful for any person to violate his or her written promise to appear given to a law enforcement officer upon the issuance of a Uniform Complaint and Notice to Appear regardless of the disposition of the charge for which such complaint and notice to appear was originally issued.

Failure to obey citation is a Class C Public Offense. (Ord. 83-75 § 2, 1983.)
