False impersonation is representing one’s self to be a public officer or public employee or a person licensed to practice or engage in any profession or vocation for which a license is required by the laws of the State of Kansas, with knowledge that such representation is false;

False impersonation is a Class A Public Offense. (Ord. 93-09 § 19, 1993; Ord. 83-75 § 2, 1983.)
