A person commits the crime of keeping a disorderly premises if he/she shall permit, allow or encourage any offense against the public peace, as defined in Section 9.11.010, to occur or continue on premises owned or controlled by him. Keeping disorderly premises is a Class A Public Offense. (Ord. 04-88 § 1, 2004.)
