Promoting sexual performance by a minor is promoting any performance that includes sexually explicit conduct by a child under 18 years of age, knowing the character and content of the performance.

Promoting sexual performance by a minor is a Class A Public Offense. (Ord. 87-149 § 11, 1987.)
