If the outstanding, unpaid and overdue parking fines and the immobilization fee are not paid, or a refundable cash bond is not posted, within seventy-two (72) hours of the attachment of the wheel lock, such vehicle may be towed without further notice to any public or private impoundment lot which complies with the provisions of Section 10.01.084(E)(2) of the Olathe Traffic Ordinance. If a private contractor tows and stores the vehicle, the contractor may impose against the vehicle, City-approved fees and charges for such services. (Ord. 08-66 § 1, 2008.)
