(A) All sidewalks hereafter constructed, repaired or reconstructed shall be of single course Class “A” Portland cement concrete, and shall have a minimum width of four feet and minimum thickness of four inches.

(B) All sidewalks shall be located in the platted street right-of-way, at least one foot from the edge of the street right-of-way line.

(C) Sidewalks shall be installed on both sides of all thoroughfares and collector streets and on one side of all local residential streets, except that sidewalks shall not be required on local residential streets in large lot subdivisions.

Sidewalks shall be required on peripheral streets in industrial parks. (Ord. 382 § 1, 1975; Ord. 26-C § 3, 1968; Prior Code § 9-213.)
