The Governing Body shall make, and the pool managers are authorized to enforce, such additional rules and regulations as may be necessary for the management and operation of the swimming pools. Copies of all rules shall be posted in conspicuous places about the swimming pools as may be determined by the pool managers. (Ord. 89-22 § 1, 1989.)
