Any person or persons violating any of the provisions of this chapter declared to be unlawful shall, upon conviction thereof, be find in any sum not exceeding One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), or confined in the county jail for a period not exceeding ninety (90) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment, provided, that nothing herein shall be construed to deny the authority of the pool managers to exclude persons therefrom who shall not conduct themselves in accordance with the rules for the government of the swimming pools.
