A customer may not resell, distribute, or supply water from the City supply to any premises other than the premises for which a utility service application has been made and approved. After water is introduced into any building or upon any premises, a person may not make or employ any plumber or other person, to make any tap or connection with the pipes upon the premises, for alteration, extensions, or attachments, without permission of the City Manager. This section does not apply to wholesale customers pursuant to Section 13.12.045. (Ord. 21-45 § 2, 2021; Ord. 95-18 § 1, 1995.)
