“Categorical Pretreatment Standards” means any regulation containing pollutant discharge limits promulgated by the Environmental Protection Agency in accordance with Section 307 (b) and (c) of the Federal Clean Water Act, as amended, 33 U.S.C. 1251, et seq., including 40 CFR, Chapter I, subchapter N, parts 405-471.
