“Chemical Oxygen Demand” (herein abbreviated as COD) means the quantity of oxygen expressed in mg/l utilized in the chemical oxidation of organic matter in accordance with procedures given in “Standard Methods.” (Ord. 92-22 § 2, 1992; Ord. 84-105 § 1, 1984.)
