Section [A] 109.2 of the International Building Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

[A] 109.2 Schedule of permit fees. On buildings, structures, electrical, gas, mechanical, plumbing, fire alarm and fire suppression systems or alterations requiring a permit, a fee for each permit shall be paid as required. Permit fees for all applications shall be established by a resolution of the Governing Body. Permit fees may be reviewed on an annual basis and revised as necessary by adoption of a new resolution. Copies of the current resolution establishing permit fees shall be on file in the City Clerk’s office.
