There is hereby established in the City of Olathe, Kansas, an Emergency Operations Plan for the purpose of coordinating the mitigation of, preparedness for, response to and recovery from disasters. When applicable, the plan would comply with the United States Department of Homeland Security National Incident Management System (NIMS). (Ord. 05-40 § 1, 2005; Ord. 96-33 § 2, 1996.)
