The appointed municipal court judges may from time to time by unanimous agreement promulgate such further and additional rules not inconsistent with the Kansas Code of Procedure for Municipal Courts or other applicable state statutes or city ordinances as may be appropriate to govern the procedure in the municipal court of the City of Olathe, Kansas.
