The Board shall select from its members a chairperson, a vice-chairperson and a secretary. The term of office for the chairperson, vice-chairperson and secretary shall be for one (1) year and no member may serve more than two (2) consecutive terms as chairperson, vice-chairperson or secretary. A majority of the members of the Board shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business. The Board may meet as often as necessary, but not less than quarterly.
