2.45.020 Membership.

The members of the Persons with Disabilities Advisory Board shall be appointed by the Mayor with consent of and approval by the remainder of the Governing Body. The members who are appointed shall be selected for a designated term to serve as follows:
(A) The existing members whose terms have not expired shall serve out their term. When a vacancy occurs in the membership of the Board, it shall be filled by appointment for the unexpired portion of the term in the same manner as the original appointment.
(B) The term of office shall be for three (3) years. The appointees shall be appointed for staggered terms of office. Members may be reappointed. (Ord. 22-07 § 1, 2022; Ord. 17-54 § 1, 2017.)
