The Persons with Disabilities Advisory Board shall elect a chairperson, a vice-chairperson, and a secretary who shall each serve for a one (1) year term. Such officers may be reelected to their respective offices. The chairperson shall preside at all meetings, the vice-chairperson shall preside at meetings in the absence of the chairperson, and the secretary shall be responsible for record keeping and shall prepare the minutes of each meeting. The Board shall make such rules and procedures as necessary for its own governance. The Board shall meet at least six (6) times per year. (Ord. 17-54 § 1, 2017.)
